  241聚酰亞胺薄膜壓敏膠帶（丙烯酸）是在聚酰亞胺薄膜單面涂以丙烯酸壓敏膠粘劑制成的。具有一定的表面自粘性，剝離強度，內聚力及一定的剪切強度。適用于各種大型的電機、電器、電纜及電子產品絕緣。標準號：Q/12YJ4212-2005

  1、外觀：
  膠帶盤面應平整、無氣泡、無流膠、膠層均勻。開卷時膠層不轉移，邊比整齊無破損。
  2、尺寸：
    2.1 膠帶長度：每卷總長度30-60米或根據用戶要求提供。
    2.2 膠帶寬度：寬度為10mm-50mm，偏差為±0.5mm。寬度大于50mm的膠帶，偏差為±1.0mm；可根據用戶要求提供各種規格的膠帶。
    2.3 膠帶的厚度與允許偏差：根據用戶的要求可供給各種厚度的膠帶，允許偏差：±0.008mm。

I requirements:

1 Appearance

The film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It should have no defects such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and no breakage.

2 Dimension

The roll length is 30-60 meter or supplied according to the customer’s requirements. The width and allowable deviation: 10mm-50mm: ±0.5mm; > 50mm: ±1mm.

3 Thickness

Thickness and allowable deviation: all of the thickness is available, ±0.008mm.
